About the Artist.

Born in London, Mary McEwan started her passion for seascape art at an early age. She comes from a prestigious line of artist including Great Grandfather George Merwanjee White, legendary maritime artist included in the Who's Who of American Artist. Residing in Washington DC, Mary McEwan uses oils to create some of today's best landscape and seascape art. The "Hot Pursuit" oil painting used not only traditional oil painting techniques,but the latest in state of the art design methods including computer drafting and imaging. The completed oil painting took over five months to completion
